Awin Day Switzerland in Zurich
For the second time AWIN AG invited to network in the Sonnenberg Convention Center – the former headquarters of FIFA on the Sonnenberg in Zurich. We already accompanied the company to the Awin Travel Day in Berlin and were very happy to be there with our Swiss photographer Jakob.
Grandiose view of nature and the future
What could be better than a well-balanced morning promising a wonderful day? The event took place in a great location with a magnificent view of the valley, which was almost metaphorical for the upcoming topics. The program was opened by Martin Rieß, Managing Director DACH, with a welcome speech in which he summarized the highlights of 2017 and revealed exciting insights on the Swiss market. Thus, there were insights into the purchasing behavior of the Swiss in the fashion, travel, telco, electronics & technology and home & garden industries. Senior UX designer Ron Heussen also gave us an insight into the topics product design and agile management of a telecommunications company. Using the example of Swisscom TV, he explained the user-based approach, in which a remote control with voice control has to understand not only German and French, but also all Swiss dialects.
For an effective networking, there was the Business Speed Dating, in which the guests were able to present their personality and the business model within two minutes. At the end of the event, the participants were divided into individual workshop groups. This enabled publishers and advertisers as well as agencies to find out about the latest features such as cross-device tracking, pay-per-assist and the Opportunity Marketplace and familiarize themselves with the Awin platform for the first time. The successful day ended with a big raffle, in which the lucky winners could enjoy the boom boxes from Swisscom, hotel vouchers from H-Hotels.com and goodie bags from ASOS. Such long events mean maximum concentration and stamina for our conference photographers. Our Zurich conference photographer has captured the emotional moments of the day and completed high-quality photographs of all program sequences.
